I'm a creative leader with over 20 years of experience delivering award-winning B2B/B2C ecommerce, product, and brand experiences for global companies including Carhartt, Johnson & Johnson, Bosch, Xbox. 

I've had the opportunity to lead cross-functional design teams, across many industries, translating business objectives into actionable creative strategies, and launching scalable platforms that drive measurable user engagement. 

I've been a Creative Director leading design execution for brands on the agency side. I've managed teams and internal processes as a Group Creative Director, and I've been a vocal advocate for human centered design as a Group Director of Experience Design. 

In my spare time I'm a casual photographer, a musician who enjoys guitar and drums, a scooter commuter, and a pretty cool dad.
