I partnered with Bosch as Creative Director to service the needs of growing digital segments that required specialized experiences.
An existing digital product from Bosch, called Bluehound, acts as a digital warehouse for tools, equipment, vehicles, and other job site materials. While version one was out in the wild, feedback was rolling in from external users and internal stakeholders alike. There was massive potential for experience improvements and feature optimizations. Version two would need to be a refinement, modifying existing experiences, rolling out a new look & feel, and generating a new polished design system to be reflected across all interface elements.
Seeking to meet the needs of an exclusive, high-spending segment Bosch jumped on the opportunity to deliver a tool replacement and servicing system. This tool would be branded ProPartner, and provide an all-new digital channel for end users to quickly submit and track out of commission tools while at the job site. ProPartner needed to be transformed from a back-of-napkin concept to a full-fledged experience, following an agile product development workflow.
